摘  要:文章分别采用燃烧法、显微镜法、溶解法、红外光谱法、差示扫描量热(DSC)法,研究三聚氰胺纤维的燃烧特征、截面形态、溶解性能、红外特征峰、熔融峰温度等特性。结果表明:三聚氰胺纤维燃烧特征明显,靠近火焰不熔不缩,离开火焰立即熄灭,燃烧时略带鱼腥味;红外光谱特征峰有1668 cm^(-1)、1441cm^(-1)、1276cm^(-1)、808cm^(-1)等;DSC熔融峰温度为370℃~380℃,都具有一定的特征。因此,采用燃烧法,结合红外光谱法或DSC法,可以准确定性三聚氰胺纤维。Combustion method,microscope method,dissolution method,infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)method were used to study the characteristics of melamine fiber about combustion characteristics,cross-section morphology,solubility,infrared characteristic peak,melting peak temperature,etc.The results showed that the combustion characteristics of melamine fiber were obvious,it did not melt or shrink when close to the flame,and it immediately extinguished when it left the flame.burning with a slight fishy smell.The characteristic peaks of infrared spectrum are 1668 cm^(-1),1441 cm^(-1),1276 cm=1,808 cm^(-1),etc.The melting peak temperature of DSC is 370℃~380 ℃,which has certain characteristics.Therefore,the melamine fiber can be accurately determined with combustion method,combined with infrared spectroscopy or DSC method.
