Rh-bFGF制剂联合透明质酸钠贴片治疗创伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效

摘　　要：【目的】探讨重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Rh-bFGF)制剂联合透明质酸钠贴片治疗创伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床效果。【方法】选取2020年6月至2022年6月榆林市中医医院收治的82例(82耳)创伤性鼓膜穿孔患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用透明质酸钠贴片治疗,观察组采用Rh-bFGF制剂联合透明质酸钠贴片治疗,分别于治疗2周后和治疗4周后评估患者的鼓膜穿孔愈合情况;比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月后的气骨导差和气导听阀;比较两组患者治疗4周后耳鸣、耳痛的严重程度。【结果】观察组治疗2周后和治疗4周后鼓膜穿孔愈合率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组气骨导差和气导听阀均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组耳鸣、耳痛严重程度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】Rh-bFGF制剂联合透明质酸钠贴片治疗创伤性鼓膜穿孔,有助于提高患者的听力水平和鼓膜愈合率,改善耳鸣、耳痛症状。【Objective】To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(Rh-bFGF)preparation combined with sodium hyaluronate patch in the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation.【Methods】A total of 82 patients(82 ears)with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation admitted to Yulin City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with sodium hyaluronate patches,while the observation group received treatment with Rh-bFGF formulation combined with sodium hyaluronate patches.The healing of tympanic membrane perforation in patients was evaluated after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,respectively;We compared the air bone conduction difference and air guided hearing valve between two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment;We also compared the severity of tinnitus and ear pain between two groups of patients after 4 weeks of treatment.【Results】The healing rate of the tympanic membrane in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the air bone conduction difference and air guided hearing valve in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the severity of tinnitus and ear pain in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The combination of Rh-bFGF preparation and sodium hyaluronate patch in the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation can help improve the patient's hearing level and tympanic membrane healing rate,and improve symptoms of tinnitus and ear pain.
