慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者开展整体护理服务的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析接受血液透析治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者行整体护理的干预效果。方法随机选取2022年8月—2023年8月宜兴市中医医院肾内科收治的100例血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行整体护理,分析不同护理方式下患者依从性、健康促进情况和自我管理能力。结果护理后,观察组功能训练依从性评分(40.55±1.42)分、饮食依从性评分(27.31±1.28)分、用药依从性评分(30.08±1.47)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.533、17.674、19.729,P均<0.05);护理后,观察组健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(Health Promoting Lifestyle ProfileⅡ,HPLP-Ⅱ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析治疗下辅以整体护理服务方式运用在慢性肾功能衰竭患者护理中,可以帮助患者改善健康促进情况和提高自我管理能力,提升其护理依从性。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of holistic nursing for chronic renal failure patients receiving hemodialysis treatment.Methods One hundred patients with chronic renal failure treated by hemodialysis admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were grouped into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,each with 50 cases.Routine nursing was performed in the control group and holistic nursing was performed in the observation group,and patients'compliance,health promotion and selfmanagement ability were analyzed under different nursing approaches.Results After the nursing care,the observation group's functional training adherence score(40.55±1.42)points,dietary adherence score(27.31±1.28)points,and medication adherence score(30.08±1.47)points were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.533,17.674,19.729,all P<0.05).After the nursing care,the observation group had higher score of Health Promoting Life Style Profile II than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group's self-management ability scores was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing service under hemodialysis treatment in patients with chronic renal failure nursing can help patients improve health promotion and self-management ability,and enhance nursing compliance.
