精细化护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征呼吸机辅助通气治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome,NRDS)呼吸机辅助通气治疗中行精细化护理的效果。方法方便选取2020年1月—2023年5月新沂市人民医院收治的72例呼吸机辅助通气NRDS患儿为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理。对比两组患儿睡眠质量、不良事件发生率、患儿家属满意度。结果观察组患儿睡眠质量优良率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属总满意率为97.22%,较对照组的77.78%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。结论NRDS患儿呼吸机辅助通气治疗中行精细化护理可改善患儿睡眠质量,降低不良事件发生风险,获得患儿家属认可。Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)with ventilator-assisted ventilation.Methods A total of 72 children with ventilators assisted ventilation with NRDS admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given refined nursing.The sleep quality,the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of sleep quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 97.22%,higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing in ventilator-assisted ventilation treatment of NRDS children can improve the sleep quality of children and reduce the risk of adverse events,which is recognized by the families of children.
