摘　　要：通过对阳极导杆铝-钢直焊成套装置的运行情况、功能特点、铝-钢直焊接头的力学性能和使用效果等进行分析,得出铝-钢直焊成套装置具有自动化程度高、力学强度高、导电性能好、节能效果显著、焊接成本低等突出特点,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。Through the analysis of the operation,functional characteristics,mechanical properties and application effects of the aluminum-steel direct welding complete set of anode guide rod,it is concluded that the aluminum-steel direct welding complete set has the outstanding characteristics of high automation,high mechanical strength,good electrical conductivity,remarkable energy saving effect and low welding cost,and has a good application prospect and popularization value.
