摘　　要：冷弯开裂是一种材料加工性能类缺陷,针对SUS430LX冷弯开裂缺陷,采用扫描电镜和能谱分析检测了冷弯部位及基体析出相情况。从检测分析结果来看,析出相是引起冷弯开裂的主要原因。围绕断面不同位置析出相的特点,对影响析出相尺寸、数量及类型的主要因素进行了讨论,并提出优化方向。Cold bending cracking is a kind of material processability defect.The cold bending cracking defect of SUS430LX was detected by SEM and EDS.The results show that precipitated phase is the main cause of cold bending cracking.Based on the characteristics of precipitated phase at different locations of the section,the main factors affecting the size,quantity and type of precipitated phase are discussed,and the optimization direction is proposed.
