经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生患者的临床效果。方法 选择80例前列腺增生患者进行研究,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组患者采用经尿道电切镜前列腺剜除术进行治疗,实验组患者则选择经尿道前列腺等离子电切术进行治疗。对比两组患者的手术指标、治疗后的并发症发生率。结果 实验组手术时间、术中出血量、导尿管留置时间分别为(106.29±8.45)min、(81.26±8.18)ml、(1.95±0.63)d,对照组分别为(121.96±10.21)min、(205.15±6.59)ml、(2.96±0.96)d;相较于对照组,实验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、导尿管留置时间明显更优,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后并发症发生率5.00%明显较对照组的22.50%低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 经尿道前列腺等离子电切术在临床上应用于前列腺增生患者的治疗中,能够获得良好的效果,且并发症少,值得进一步的推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of transurethral plasma resection of the prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected for study.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated by transurethral resection of the prostate enucleation,while the patients in the experimental group were treated by transurethral plasma resection of the prostate.The surgical indicators,and incidence of complications after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and catheter indwelling time of the experimental group were(106.29±8.45)min,(81.26±8.18)ml and(1.95±0.63)d,and those of the control group were(121.96±10.21)min,(205.15±6.59)ml and(2.96±0.96)d.Compared with the control group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and catheter indwelling time of the experimental group were significantly better,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complications of 5.00%in the experimental group was significantly lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasma resection of the prostate for patients with prostatic hyperplasia can obtain good results and has few complications,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
