环孢素A联合康力龙治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨环孢素A联合司坦唑醇片(商品名:康力龙)治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法90例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者,按照单偶数随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用康力龙进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加入环孢素A治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的血常规指标、生活质量评分、主要症状积分及网织红细胞绝对值。结果观察组血红蛋白、中性粒细胞、血小板计数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的情感角色评分为(93.74±1.96)分,对照组为(81.37±1.17)分;观察组健康状况评分为(92.65±2.16)分,对照组为(82.84±1.47)分;观察组躯体角色评分为(93.98±1.79)分,对照组为(84.13±1.58)分;观察组社会功能评分为(94.63±2.15)分,对照组为(85.16±2.76)分;观察组情感角色、健康状况、躯体角色及社会功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的头晕心悸积分为(55.74±2.25)分,对照组为(60.74±3.65)分;观察组的贫血积分为(61.36±1.59)分,对照组为(68.69±2.16)分;观察组的皮肤出血积分为(72.36±2.69)分,对照组为(86.74±3.85)分;观察组的上呼吸道感染积分为(69.36±4.36)分,对照组为(81.26±5.67)分;观察组头晕心悸、贫血、皮肤出血、上呼吸道感染积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的网织红细胞绝对值为(26.44±2.65)×10^(9)/L,对照组为(16.23±2.68)×10^(9)/L;观察组的网织红细胞绝对值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环孢素A联合康力龙治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血具有显著的疗效,可以有效改善临床症状及相关检验指标,同时可以提高患者的生活质量,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the efficacy of cyclosporine A combined with stanozolol tablets(trade name:Kanglilong)in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods 90 patients with chronic aplastic anemia were selected.According to the single-even random grouping method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Kanglilong,and the observation group was treated with cyclosporine A based on the control group.The blood routine indexes,quality of life score,main symptom score and reticulocyte absolute value of the two groups were compared.Results The hemoglobin,neutrophil and platelet count in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional role score was(93.74±1.96)points in the observation group and(81.37±1.17)points in the control group;the health status score was(92.65±2.16)points in the observation group and(82.84±1.47)points in the control group;the somatic role score was(93.98±1.79)points in the observation group and(84.13±1.58)points in the control group;the social functioning score was(94.63±2.15)points in the observation group and(85.16±2.76)points in the control group.The scores of emotional role,health status,somatic role and social functioning of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dizziness and palpitation score was(55.74±2.25)points in the observation group and 60.74±3.65)points in the control group;the anemia score was(61.36±1.59)points in the observation group and(68.69±2.16)points in the control group;the skin bleeding score was(72.36±2.69)points in the observation group and(86.74±3.85)points in the control group;the upper respiratory tract infection score was(69.36±4.36)points in the observation group and(81.26±5.67)points in the control group.The scores of dizziness and palpitation,anemia,skin bleedi
