摘　　要：左心室辅助装置(LVAD)是终末期心力衰竭有效的治疗手段之一,发展迅速,应用前景广阔。出血、感染、卒中、右心衰及心律失常是LVAD植入术后需要关注的常见并发症。该文对LVAD的发展历程、并发症及未来展望进行总结,旨在持续优化及推广LVAD。Left ventricular assist device(LVAD)is one of the effective treatment methods for end-stage heart failure,which has developed rapidly and has broad application prospects.Hemorrhage,infection,stroke,right heart failure,and arrhythmia are common complications that need to be paid attention to after LVAD implantation.This article summarizes the development process,complications and future prospects of LVAD,aiming to continuously optimize and promote LVAD.
