摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子及其受体在肝脏肿瘤生长中发挥着非常重要的调节作用,该文深入探讨了青蒿琥脂纳米脂质体的药理作用,以及青蒿琥酯纳米脂质体抑制肝癌肿瘤血管生成的作用机制、药物抗癌作用的新靶点,以期为肝癌的治疗提供新策略。Vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptor play a very important regulatory role in the growth of liver tumors.In this paper,the pharmacological effects of artesunate nanoliposomes,the mechanism of artesunate nanoliposomes inhibiting tumor angiogenesis of liver cancer and the new targets of anti-cancer effects of drugs were discussed in order to provide new strategies for the treatment of liver cancer.
