公立医院实验室设备全生命周期管理模式的构建及应用

摘　　要：目的将设备全生命周期管理理念运用到公立医院医学实验室管理当中,以期解决医院设备管理面临的困境,推进现代医院高质量发展。方法以标准化、精细化、动态化三个原则为基础,在仪器的全生命周期,即预算、论证、采购、验收、运行、维护、保养、绩效评估、报废、更新等环节进行数据跟踪和分析。结果全生命周期管理使用后设备管理风险程度均值明显低于使用前风险程度均值(P<0.05);预算执行率从2019年到2023年提升了14.53%;投资回收期控制在2年以内,由此获得了社会各界的褒奖。结论公立医院医学实验室设备全生命周期管理体系的构建与应用对于助力医院高质量发展具有重要意义。Objective This paper aims to address the challenges of hospital equipment management by implementing the life cycle management system in the medical laboratories of public hospitals.Methods Based on the three principles of standardization,refinement,and dynamism,this paper conducted data tracking and managed equipment analysis with specifications during the processes of planning,discussion,procurement,acceptance,operation,maintenance,performance evaluation,scrapping,and updating.Results After implementing life cycle management,the average risk level significantly decreased compared to pre-implementation(P<0.05).Budget implementation efficiency increased by 14.53%from 2019 to 2023.The investment payback period was controlled within 2 years.Conclusion The application of the life cycle management system to equipment management in medical laboratories of public hospitals is of great significance for the high-quality development of hospitals.
