摘　　要：大学生志愿服务作为一种重要的公益活动,已经成为大学生学习、成长和实践社会责任的重要途径。然而,近年来大学生志愿服务出现了“麦当劳化”特征,一定程度上影响了志愿服务的真正意义和效果。如何针对此现象进行改进,帮助大学生理解志愿服务的价值,提升其社会意义,是值得教育工作者深入探讨的重要课题。对此,本文首先阐述了大学生志愿服务“麦当劳化”的特征,进而分析改进大学生志愿服务“麦当劳化”的策略,以期提升大学生志愿服务的真正意义和效果。As an important public welfare activity,college student volunteer service has become an important way for col⁃lege students to learn,grow,and practice social responsibility.However,in recent years,there has been a trend of"Mc⁃Donald's style"in college student volunteer service,which has to some extent affected the true meaning and effective⁃ness of volunteer service.How to improve this phenomenon,help college students understand the value of volunteer ser⁃vice,and enhance its social significance,is an important topic worthy of in-depth exploration by educators.This article first elaborates on the characteristics of the"McDonald's style"of college student volunteer service,and then analyzes the strategies to improve the"McDonald's style"of college student volunteer service,in order to enhance the true signifi⁃cance and effectiveness of college student volunteer service.
