基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理干预在白内障手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：本研究选取了定西市第一人民医院2023年1月至2023年9月收治的66例白内障患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,这些患者被分为两组:对照组(33例)和观察组(33例)。对照组患者接受常规围手术期护理,而观察组患者则采用基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理方法。护理工作从患者入院开始,持续4天。研究主要比较两组患者的心理状态、自我感受负担、生活质量以及满意度。通过观察组患者在手术后的心理状态、自我感受负担、生活质量以及满意度等方面的改善情况,发现基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理干预在白内障手术患者中具有显著的应用效果。观察组患者在手术后的心理状态更加稳定,自我感受负担减轻,生活质量提高,满意度也更高。这表明基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理干预能够更好地满足患者的生理和心理需求,提高患者的手术体验和康复效果。This study selected 66 cataract patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Dingxi City from January 2023 to September 2023 as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,these patients were di⁃vided into two groups:a control group(33 cases)and an observation group(33 cases).The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received nursing methods based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs.The nursing work starts from the patient's admission and lasts for 4 days.The study mainly compares the psychological sta⁃tus,perceived burden,quality of life,and satisfaction of two groups of patients.By observing the improvement in postop⁃erative psychological status,self perceived burden,quality of life,and satisfaction of patients in the observation group,it was found that nursing interventions based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs have significant application effects in cata⁃ract surgery patients.The observation group of patients showed a more stable psychological state after surgery,reduced self perceived burden,improved quality of life,and higher satisfaction.This indicates that nursing interventions based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs can better meet the physiological and psychological needs of patients,improve their sur⁃gical experience and rehabilitation outcomes.
