浅谈痛风饮治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：本研究的目的是观察中西医结合疗法治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。研究中,将宁夏人民医院风湿免疫科2023年2月-2023年8月的100名患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各50例。两组均口服秋水仙碱,非甾体抗炎药及碳酸氢钠,缓解期加服别嘌醇。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟痛风饮治疗。结果显示,治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为82%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者疼痛缓解时间明显缩短,关节肿胀、红斑面积减小明显,血尿酸水平明显下降,临床疗效显著。因此,痛风饮结合西药治疗痛风性关节炎具有显著疗效,值得在临床中推广应用。The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western med-icine in the treatment of gouty arthritis.In the study,100 patients from the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Ningxia People's Hospital from February 2023 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were orally administered with colchicine,nonsteroidal anti-in-flammatory drugs,and sodium bicarbonate,and allopurinol was added during the remission period.The treatment group was treated with self designed gout drink in addition to the control group.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%,while that of the control group was 82%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief time of the treatment group patients was significantly shortened,joint swelling and erythema area were significantly reduced,blood uric acid levels were significantly reduced,and clinical ef-ficacy was significant.Therefore,the combination of gout drink and Western medicine has significant therapeutic effects on gouty arthritis and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
