例谈梅花针联合艾灸理疗在皮肤湿疹治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：本研究的目的是探讨梅花针与艾灸联合疗法在亚急性湿疹中的应用价值。以2022年5月-2022年11月在山东中医药大学附属医院接诊的急性湿疹病患80例为研究对象,采取数字随机表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采取艾灸疗法,研究组联用梅花针联合艾灸疗法,分析2组病情的控制效果,评价两组患者生活质量、疾病复发率等指标。结果显示,研究组联合梅花针与艾灸疗法治疗后,患者的症状得到了有效的缓解,总有效率达到了94%,明显高于对照组的78%。同时,研究组患者的生活质量显著提高,疾病复发率明显降低。通过本研究可以得出结论,梅花针联合艾灸疗法在亚急性湿疹的治疗中具有显著的应用效果,可以作为临床上的一种有效治疗手段。The purpose of this study is to explore the application value of the combination therapy of plum blossom nee-dle and moxibustion in subacute eczema.Eighty patients with acute eczema who were treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a digital random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received moxibustion therapy,while the study group received a combination of plum blossom needle and moxibustion therapy.The control effects of the two groups were analyzed,and indicators such as quality of life and disease recurrence rate were evaluated.The results showed that the combination of plum blossom needle and moxibustion therapy in the research group effectively relieved the symptoms of patients,with a total effective rate of 94%,significantly higher than the control group's 78%.At the same time,the quality of life of the study group pa-tients significantly improved,and the disease recurrence rate significantly decreased.Through this study,it can be con-cluded that the combination of plum blossom needle and moxibustion therapy has significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of subacute eczema,and can be used as an effective treatment method in clinical practice.
