中药内服外敷联合胫骨横向骨搬运术治疗糖尿病足临床效果

摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨中药内服外敷联合胫骨横向骨搬运术治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。通过观察吕梁市中医院骨一科2022年10月至2023年10月共14例采用中药内服外敷联合胫骨横向骨搬运术治疗的糖尿病足患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、患肢足部皮温、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、手术前后患肢的动脉血管造影、糖尿病足的痊愈率及患肢的截肢情况等指标,分析其临床疗效,发现该治疗方案取得了良好的疗效,患肢痊愈率、保肢率较高。因此,中药内服外敷联合胫骨横向骨搬运术是一种可行的治疗方法,能够显著减轻患者的心理创伤和经济负担,提高患者的生活质量。The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetes foot with oral and exter⁃nal application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with transverse bone transfer of tibia.Through observing the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),skin temperature of affected limbs and feet,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),arteriography of affected limbs before and after hand surgery,recovery rate of diabetes feet,amputation of affected limbs and other indicators of 14 patients with diabetes feet who were treated by oral administration and external applica⁃tion of traditional Chinese medicine combined with tibial transverse bone transfer from October 2022 to October 2023 in the First Department of Orthopedics of Luliang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the clinical efficacy was ana⁃lyzed,It was found that the treatment plan achieved good therapeutic effects,with a high recovery rate and limb preserva⁃tion rate for the affected limb.Therefore,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and exter⁃nal application with tibial lateral bone transport is a feasible treatment method,which can significantly reduce the psy⁃chological trauma and economic burden of patients,and improve their quality of life.
