摘 要:目的随着元宇宙医学概念逐渐受到重视,医务人员作为参与主体,其认知现状对元宇宙医学的发展、应用具有重要意义。通过调查以促进医务人员对元宇宙医学的关注,不断探索元宇宙在医疗健康领域的应用场景,为全面理解元宇宙医学、构建基于元宇宙的数字健康医疗服务体系贡献力量。方法该文运用χ^(2)检验、二元logistic回归分析以及多重响应等统计学方法,基于问卷数据,围绕被调查人员对元宇宙医学的整体认知水平、价值认知和应用场景认知3个方面,分析医务人员对元宇宙医学的认知现状。结果医务人员对元宇宙医学的整体了解程度相对较低,熟悉这一概念的被调查人员仅占17.19%,且其认知程度与性别、年龄、学历、科室及人员类别均有关系。另外,调查人员的应用场景偏好与除年龄外的4个变量间存在关联,他们更倾向于将元宇宙医学应用于个体预防与传染病防控(67.19%)、科研和教学管理(62.50%)以及康复和健康管理(60.94%)领域。结论元宇宙医学作为践行大健康理念的发展方向之一具有广阔的应用场景,为其持续发展创造可靠的应用环境至关重要。同时,提高医务人员的认知水平和应用能力,对最终实现传统医疗服务模式与元宇宙医疗服务模式的协同平衡发展具有重要意义。Objective The concept of metaverse medicine is gaining recognition.Its cognition status in medical professionals,the main users and researchers of metaverse medicine,is of great significance to its development and application.The study aims to encourage medical professionals to pay more attention to metaverse medicine and explore its potential applications in the field of health and healthcare.It also contributes to a comprehensive understanding of metaverse medicine and the development of a digital health service system based on metaverse technology.Method The study used a questionnaire survey to examine medical professionals'cognition of metaverse medicine in three aspects:cognition of metaverse in general,its value,and its application scenarios.Chi-square test,binary logistic regression analysis,and multiple response analysis were used for data analysis.ResultsThe respondents'overall familiarity with metaverse medicine was poor,and only 17.19%respondents were familiar with this concept.Their cognition was related to gender,age,education,department,and staff category.Furthermore,their application scenario preferences are related to the four variables except age.They prefer to use metaverse medicine in individual prevention and control(67.19%),scientific research and teaching management(62.50%),rehabilitation and health management(60.94%).Conclusion As one of the key directions for promoting the development of"big health",metaverse medicine has a broad range of applications.To ensure its continuous development,it is essential to establish a reliable application environment.Furthermore,improving the cognitive level and application ability of medical professionals is important for the balanced and coordinated development of traditional healthcare delivery and metaverse medicine provision.
