摘  要:针对分步拉伸一体机大负载、低转速工况特点,在分析轴承故障诊断难点的基础上,提出一种用于分步拉伸机轴承的故障诊断方法。以最大相关峭度解卷积(MCKD)信号的包络谱作为适应度函数,利用果蝇优化算法(FOA)自适应地选择MCKD滤波器参数;之后,对处理后的信号通过包络解调分析出分步拉伸机轴承故障诊断类型。通过信号分析与轴承拆解,确定了轴承故障类型为电蚀导致的外圈故障,也验证了所提方法的有效性。In this paper,considering characteristics of the large load and low-speed working conditions of the step stretcher and basing on analyzing the difficulties in bearing fault diagnosis,a bearing fault diagnosis method for step stretcher was proposed and verified,in which,having the envelope spectrum of the maximum correlation kurtosis deconvolation(MCKD)signal taken as the fitness function,and the fruit fly optimization algorithm(FOA)used to adaptively select the MCKD filter parameters was implemented,including having fault diagnosis types of the step stretcher's bearing analyzed through envelope demodulating of the processed signal.Through signal analysis and bearing disassembly,the bearing fault type was determined as the outer ring fault caused by electrical erosion,and the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper was verified.
