半夏厚朴汤合小柴胡汤加减联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗反流性咽喉炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏厚朴汤合小柴胡汤加减联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例反流性咽喉炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各40例。对照组接受雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,观察组接受半夏厚朴汤合小柴胡汤加减联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗。比较2组临床效果及治疗前后炎症因子水平、反流体征以及反流症状评分、中医证候积分。结果:观察组总有效率92.50%,高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNG-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组反流体征评估表(RFS)、反流症状指数评分表(RSI)评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用半夏厚朴汤合小柴胡汤加减联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗反流性咽喉炎疗效显著,可有效改善反流体征以及反流症状、中医症状,并降低炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Banxia Houpo Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets on reflux laryngitis.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with reflux laryngitis were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Banxia Houpo Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets.The levels of inflammatory factors,signs and symptoms of reflux and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNG-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Reflux Findings Scores(RFS)and Reflux Symptom Indexes(RSI)scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes were all decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Banxia Houpo Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets has a significant curative effect on reflux laryngitis,which can effectively improve the signs and symptoms of reflux and TCM symptoms,and reduce inflammatory responses.
