麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:选择62例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,观察组给予麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,均持续治疗1个月。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、皮肤病生活质量指数评分(DLQI)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、T淋巴细胞CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平,统计治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组67.74%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、DLQI积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候积分、DLQI积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-4、IL-17、CRP及IgE水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清IL-4、IL-17、CRP及IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组血清CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,可改善患者生活质量,调节血清炎症因子表达,改善免疫功能,且不良反应少,安全可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets on chronic urticaria.Methods:A total of 62 cases of patients with chronic urticaria were selected as research objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated;traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores,levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-17(IL-17),C-reactive protein(CRP),immunoglobulin(IgE),T lymphocytes including CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 96.77%in the observation group,higher than that of 67.74%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and DLQI scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome score and DLQI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-17,CRP and IgE in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-4,IL-17,CRP and IgE in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of CD8^(+)were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the l
