摘　　要：“党的政治领导”是中国政治实践中的重要概念,是党的领导的主要内容。在长期的领导实践中,毛泽东多次提及并加强党的政治领导,采取一系列创造性举措,确保了中国革命和建设的正确政治方向。以历史政治学为视角,回到中共党史中考察毛泽东的有关论述与实践,着重围绕党如何正确制定和执行路线方针政策,可以初步提炼党的政治领导实现机制的分析框架。党的政治领导的实现机制,是政治决策、政治执行、政治建党的有机统一,这三者紧密联系、相互支撑。其中,前提是制定并完善符合具体实际、客观规律和人民利益的路线方针政策,进行正确的政治决策;关键是以政治为统领,纠正执行过程中的错误偏向,以科学的方法全面准确贯彻党的路线方针政策,推进有效的政治执行;保障是党的政治建设,围绕党的政治路线加强党的建设,推动思想的政治化、组织的巩固和纪律的严明,以党在政治上的先进性确保正确制定和执行党的路线方针政策。“The Political leadership of the Party”is an important concept in Chinese political practice and the main content of the Party leadership.In his long-term leadership practice,Mao Zedong repeatedly mentioned and strengthened the political leadership of the Party,and taked a series of creative measures to ensure the correct political direction of Chinese revolution and construction.From the perspective of historical politics,we can return to the history of the CPC and examine Mao Zedong's relevant discourse and practice,and focus on how the Party correctly formulated and implemented its line,principles,and policies,and we can preliminarily refine the analytical framework for the implementation mechanism of the Party's political leadership.The implementation mechanism of the Party's political leadership is an organic unity of political decision-making,political execution,and political Party building,which are closely related and mutually supportive.Among them,the premise is to formulate and improve the line,principles,and policies which are in line with specific reality,objective laws,and the interests of the people,and to make correct political decisions;The key is to take politics as the overarching principle,and correct errors and biases in the execution process,and comprehensively and accurately implement the Party's line,principles,and policies with scientific methods,and promote effective political execution;The guarantee is to build the Party politically,and strengthen the party building around the Party's political line,and promote the politicization of the Party's thought,the consolidation of the Party's organization and the Party's strict discipline,and ensure the correct formulation and implementation of the party's line,principles and policies with the Party's progressiveness in politics.
