摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着城镇化、市场化、数字化等的叠加推进,我国社会形态发生急剧变化,基层社会成为矛盾冲突的聚合地,亟须重构,而重构基层社会的关键在于加强和创新基层治理。对浙江省桐乡市的案例分析表明,“三治融合”建设以解决新旧秩序交替期频繁发生的基层矛盾冲突为初衷,形成了以重组基层治理主体体系、重塑基层自治体系和重建基层社会的规则之治为主要内容的基层治理新模式,有效实现了基层社会多元共治、充满活力和稳定有序等三重建设目标。“三治融合”内含的促进人际互动、增强社会信任的底层逻辑展现了重构当代中国基层社会的可能性。Since the reform and opening up,with the overlapping advancements of urbanization,marketization,digitization and other aspects,China's society has undergone rapid changes,and the grassroots society has become a gathering place of contradictions and conflicts,which needs to be reconstructed urgently.The key to reconstructing the grassroots society is to strengthen and innovate grassroots governance.and it is necessary to reconstruct the grassroots society.The key to reconstructing grassroots society lies in strengthening and innovating grassroots governance.The case analysis of Tongxiang City,Zhejiang Province shows that the construction of“Three Governance Integration”takes the original intention of solving the frequent contradictions and conflicts at the grassroots level during the alternation period of the old and new orders,and forms a new governance model with the main content of reorganizing the subject system of grassroots governance,reshaping the grassroots autonomy system and rebuilding the governance rules for grassroots society.It has effectively achieved the triple goals of diverse governance,vitality,and stability of grassroots society.The underlying logic of promoting interpersonal interaction and enhancing social trust contained in the“Three Governance Integration”implies the possibility of reconstructing contemporary grassroots society in China.
