摘　　要：1950年初,毛泽东在视察松江省委和哈尔滨市时,书写了“不要沾染官僚主义作风”等五幅题词,这是毛泽东首次为地方省委题词,也是对全党提出的郑重要求,意义重大、影响深远,具有跨越时空的思想魅力,是中国共产党人的宝贵思想遗产和精神财富。“不要沾染官僚主义作风”题词蕴含着丰富的内涵与深远的战略考量;“不要沾染官僚主义作风”题词来源于毛泽东始终如一的鲜明态度与价值立场;“不要沾染官僚主义作风”题词昭示了历久弥新的精神力量与新征程的使命担当。新时代新征程上,我们要牢记毛泽东题词的嘱托,遵循习近平同志关于作风建设的重要论述,按照“三个务必”的要求,永葆“赶考”的清醒与坚定,既不沾染官僚主义,又坚决整治官僚主义,彻底打赢坚决反对形式主义、官僚主义等加强作风建设这场硬仗。In early 1950,Mao Zedong inspected the provincial committees of Songjiang and Harbin City and wrote five inscriptions including"Do not be tainted by bureaucratic styles".This marked the first time that the founding leader of the country had inscribed for local provincial committees,and it was also a solemn require⁃ment put forward to the whole party,holding significant meaning and far-reaching influence.It possesses a timeless ideological charm,serving as precious ideological heritage and spiritual wealth for us,members of the Communist Party of China.The inscription"Do not be tainted by bureaucratic styles"embodies rich conno⁃tations and profound strategic considerations.It originates from Mao Zedong's consistent and distinct attitude and values.The inscription"Do not be tainted by bureaucratic styles"signifies enduring spiritual strength and the mission of a new journey.In the new era and on the new journey,we must remember Mao Zedong's inscrip⁃tion,follow the spirit of Comrade Xi Jinping's instructions on improving work style,adhere to the require⁃ments of the"three musts",maintain a clear and firm"sense of urgency",neither being tainted by bureau⁃cratic styles nor hesitating to rectify them.We must thoroughly win the tough battle of staunchly opposing for⁃malism and bureaucracy and strengthen work style construction.
