摘 要:以伊犁地区典型弱粘煤为原料制备颗粒活性碳,首先考察了不同类型粘结剂对活性炭成型效果的影响,创新性开发出非焦油环保复合粘结剂,得到了经济环保最优成型方案。优选出炭化温度为580℃,停留时间为60 min,水蒸气流量为8 mL/min,活化时间为2 h,活化温度为920℃的工艺条件。最终制备出高品质4 mm颗粒活性炭产品,其强度为93.2%,碘值为910 mg/g,BET比表面积为727.75 m^(2)/g,得炭率为32%,满足GB/T 7701—2008要求,吸附性能研究及孔结构分布情况表明该材料在废水处理方面应用潜力较大。Taking typtical weakly sticky coal in Ili region as raw material to prepare granular activated carbon,the influence of different types of binders on the forming effect of activated carbon was investigated,and a non tar environmental friendly composite binder was innovatively developed;and then,the optimal economic and environmental forming scheme was obtained.The optimal process conditions were selected as follows:the carbonization temperature was 580℃,the HRT was 60 min,the vapour flow was 8 mL/min,the activation time was 2 h,the activation temperature was 920℃.Finally,a high-quality 4 mm particle activated carbon product was prepared with a strength of 93.2%,the iodine value was 910 mg/g,the BET specific surface area was 727.75 m^(2)/g,the carbon yield was 32%,which met the requirement of GB/T 7701—2008.The research on the adsorption performance of the product as well as its pore structure distribution situation indicated that,the said material had great utilization potentiality in wastewater treatment field.
