摘 要:采用熔融法制备了不同TiO_(2)掺杂量的含硼45S5生物活性玻璃,其中,TiO_(2)掺杂量分别为0 wt.%、2 wt.%、4 wt.%、6 wt.%、8 wt.%。将制备的玻璃研磨成粉末,与光敏树脂、光引发剂等均匀混合为浆料,先后采用光固化3D打印技术和高温脱脂烧结技术制备出三维多孔骨支架。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和万能试验机对支架进行测试分析,并使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对在模拟体液(SBF)中浸泡前后的支架进行显微观察,研究了不同TiO_(2)掺杂量对支架力学性能和生物性能的影响。结果表明,掺入的锐钛型TiO_(2)在高温下转变为金红石型,具有稳定结构,有效提升了支架的力学性能。当TiO_(2)掺杂量为4wt.%时,支架的抗压强度达到(12.56±1.06)MPa,符合骨组织工程骨小梁的强度要求,并且支架具有良好的生物活性。Boron-containing 45S5 bioactive glasses with different doping contents of TiO_(2)(0–8 wt.%)were prepared by using melting method.The prepared glasses were ground into powder and uniformly mixed with photosensitive resin and photoinitiator as slurry.Three-dimensional porous bone scaffolds were prepared by using UV curing,3D printing and high-temperature degreasing sintering technology.X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and universal testing machine were used to test and analyze the scaffolds,while scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to observe the scaffolds before and after soaking in simulated body fluid(SBF).The effects of TiO_(2) doping on mechanical and biological properties of the scaffolds were studied.The TiO_(2) was transferred from anatase to rutile with increasing temperature,which effectively improved the mechanical properties of the scaffolds.When the content of TiO_(2) was 4 wt.%,the compressive strength of the scaffold reached(12.56±1.06)MPa,which meets the strength requirement of bone trabeculae for bone tissue engineering,while the scaffolds have sufficiently high bioactivity.
