摘　　要：产业链的绿色技术创新水平是提升产业链竞争力、实现我国“双碳”目标的关键所在。以2007-2021年A股上市非金融企业为研究对象,发现产业链中企业绿色技术创新存在同群效应,并且该结论在进行了安慰剂检验、工具变量法等一系列稳健性检验后依然显著。机制检验结果表明,产业链绿色技术创新的同群效应产生的主要原因是由产业链上下游企业之间基于信息传递的学习与协同效应及竞争争胜效应。异质性检验结果表明,产业链企业的绿色技术创新同群效应主要是由下游的客户拉动。外部稳定的经济政策环境是促进产业链绿色技术创新同群效应的重要情景因素。当企业处于成长期、企业高管绿色环保认知水平较高时,产业链中绿色技术创新的同群效应更为显著。研究结论为推动企业绿色技术创新、产业链绿色技术创新联动以及政府补链、强链、延链提供参考。The advancement of green technological innovation within industry chains is pivotal to bolstering industrial competitiveness and realizing Chinas ambitions for a dual carbon economy.This study analyzes listed non-financial A-share companies from 2007 to 2021 to investigate the presence and underlying mechanisms of peer effects in green technological innovation among businesses along these chains.The findings confirm the existence of significant peer effects within the realm of green technological innovation across the industry chains examined.These effects persist as robust even after a battery of tests,including placebo trials and instrumental variable techniques.Mechanistic examination suggests that these peer effects primarily arise from inter-firm learning and synergistic activities predicated on information transmission among upstream and downstream enterprises,coupled with competitive drive.Further scrutiny through heterogeneity tests elucidates that the peer effects in green technological innovation are predominantly propelled by the demand from downstream clients.Moreover,a stable external economic policy milieu is highlighted as a significant contextual catalyst for these peer phenomena.The investigation also uncovers that these peer effects are accentuated during an enterprise's growth phase and when corporate executives possess heightened environmental consciousness.The insights gleaned from this study serve as actionable guidelines to nurture green technological innovation at the corporate level,foster synergies within industry chains,and inform governmental initiatives aimed at reinforcing,expanding,and integrating these chains.
