摘 要:通过ABAQUS有限元仿真分析软件对圆柱滚子轴承进行了动力学仿真,运用仿真结果分析了预设工况下轴承的载荷分布规律。运用线弹性力学的相关理论,研究了滚子裂纹缺陷的发展机理,并由此对滚子剥落故障的形成进行了很好的解释。对比分析了正常运行状态与故障运行状态下轴承动能与应力的变化规律,分析了故障状态轴承工作的不利影响。利用提取得到的仿真冲击振动信号,运用FFT变换方式进行了振动信号的相关处理,对预制单部件故障频率进行了较为准确提取,初步研究了复合故障对轴承运行的不利影响,为实际工程应用中轴承故障诊断奠定了一定的仿真理论依据。The dynamic simulation of cylindrical roller bearings is carried out by ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis software,and the load distribution law of bearings under preset working conditions is analyzed by using the simulation results.Based on the theory of linear elasticity,the development mechanism of roller crack defect is studied,and the formation of roller spalling fault is well explained.The variation laws of kinetic energy and stress of bearings under normal and fault operating con-ditions are compared and analyzed,and the adverse effects of bearing operation under fault conditions are preliminarily ana-lyzed.By using the extracted simulation impact vibration signal,the FFT transform method is used to process the vibration sig-nal,and the fault frequency of prefabricated single component is accurately extracted.The adverse effect of composite fault on bearing operation is preliminarily studied,which lays a certain simulation theoretical basis for bearing fault diagnosis in practi-cal engineering application.
