摘 要:某飞机上位锁,在使用燃气作为备用动力源进行开锁试验时,发生顶杆断裂事故。经专业机构分析,定性为材料失效导致的破坏。首先根据上位锁工作原理对碰撞接触力及多体运动进行研究与分析,然后建立上位锁动力学仿真模型并进行问题复现,仿真结果与鉴定结论一致,证明了动力学模型的准确性。对上位锁结构进行改进,去除结构薄弱环节,并进行强度校核,仿真结果满足要求后,进行燃气试验验证,修改后的上位锁顺利通过试验考核。本文对上位锁的冲击动力学分析,对飞机其他机构的设计也具有一定的参考借鉴价值,当选用燃气作为辅助动力源时,由于接触力的增大,需对主要承力件进行动力学分析及强度复核。When an uplock of an airplane used gas as a backup power source for unlocking test,the ejector rod broke.After analy-sis by professional institutions,it is categorized as damage caused by material failure.First,according to the working principle of the uplock,the collision contact force and multi-body motion are researched and analyzed,and then the dynamic simulation model of the uplock is established and the problem is reproduced.The simulation result is consistent with the identification conclu-sion,which proves the accuracy of the dynamic model.Improve the uplock structure and remove structural weaknesses,and then carry out strength checking.After the simulation results meet the requirements,the gas test verification is carried out,and the modified upper lock successfully passes the test assessment.This article analyzes the impact dynamics of the uplock and has certain reference value for the design of other aircraft mechanisms,When gas is selected as a backup power source,due to the increase of contact force,the dynamic analysis of the main bearing parts is required and intensity review.
