摘　　要：依托北斗高精定位技术优势,围绕共享单车入栏结算系列关键技术、行业监管创新等,深入分析了我国大中城市共享单车行业治理存在的痛点问题,探索出一套共享单车行业精细化治理模式。通过深圳的实践应用可以看出,该模式能够有效规范停放、提升周转效率、降低运维成本、强化行业监管,经济与社会效益显著;同时也有助于推动北斗高精定位技术在交通运输行业应用。The problems of shared bike system in middle to large cities are discussed.With development of high-accuracy locating technique of Beidou System,the paper presents a series of manners to manage shared bikes in detail,based on in-fence account settlement and policy innovation.The case study in Shenzhen shows the positive effects of the manners in terms of regulating parking,enhancing the dispatching efficiency,lowering operation costs and highlighting the supervision.The case studies also push the application of Beidou high-accuracy locating technique in transportation industry.
