摘 要:全球爆发性的大规模流行病和突发公共卫生事件导致传染性医疗废弃物的产生量激增,为了有效管理这些医疗废物,本文提出了一种适应于流行病爆发期间的医疗废物逆向物流网络框架,并以总成本和总风险最小化为目标,构建了一个多目标、多时期的医疗废弃物逆向物流网络优化模型,通过一种改进的-约束算法,并以新冠疫情高峰期的武汉为例进行实例分析,利用Cplex软件求解模型,得到医疗废物的设施选址和运营策略方案。An explosive global pandemic and public health emergency cause a dramatic increase in the amount of medical waste.In order to effectively manage the medical waste during the outbreak,a medical waste reverse logistics network structure adapted to the outbreak of epidemics is proposed in this paper.A multiobjective and multi-period optimization model for medical waste effective management is proposed to achieve the balance of total cost and risk.A real case study based on the outbreak of the COVID-19 in Wuhan,China is examined to verify the validity of the proposed model by using an improved epsilon constraint method.The final results obtained the location and operation strategy of medical waste facilities.
