摘　　要：加里宁格勒作为俄罗斯的“飞地”,是国际多式联运的重要枢纽,在“一带一路”建设中发挥了重要的作用。本文首先探讨了加里宁格勒的发展历程,阐述了其地理、人文、经济、交通运输基础设施建设情况;接着论述了加里宁格勒铁路线路情况,分析了加里宁格勒在“一带一路”中有效的替代了波兰马拉舍维奇场站情况,然后阐述了加里宁格勒在“一带一路”中多式联运线路,并结合中欧班列实际开行情况,介绍了现已开通运行的几条典型线路;最后描述了加里宁格勒未来发展前景。Kaliningrad,as Russia's"enclave",is an important hub of international multimodal transport and has played an important role in the construction of the"the Belt and Road".This paper first discusses the development process of Kaliningrad,and expounds its geographical,cultural,economic,transportation infrastructure construction;Then it discusses the situation of Kaliningrad railway line,analyzes the situation of Kaliningrad effectively replacing the Polish Malashevich station in the"the Belt and Road",then expounds Kaliningrad's multimodal transport line in the"the Belt and Road",and introduces several typical lines that have been put into operation in combination with the actual operation of China Europe trains;Finally,the future development prospect of Kaliningrad is described.
