摘　　要：胸降主动脉瘤(DTAA)是一种严重危害生命健康的血管疾病,及时有效的诊断和治疗极为重要。自1998年首例DTAA腔内修复术成功实施以来,DTAA的治疗由巨创转为微创,围术期死亡率和并发症发生率均显著降低。目前,我国尚缺乏DTAA相关的专家共识对其病因、诊断和治疗作出相应推荐。鉴于此,中华医学会外科学分会血管外科学组组织国内血管外科领域部分专家,参考最新临床研究尤其是基于我国病例的研究结果,结合临床实践,围绕DTAA的诊断和治疗讨论并制订本共识,旨在为其诊疗提供原则性指导和依据,协助临床医生决策。Descending thoracic aortic aneurysm(DTAA)is a vascular disease that seriously endangers life and health.Timely and effective diagnosis and treatment is very important.Since the first successful endovascular repair of DTAA was performed in 1998,the treatment of DTAA has been changed from giant invasive to minimally invasive,and the perioperative mortality and complication rate have been significantly reduced.At present,there is still a lack of expert consensus on DTAA in China to make recommendations on its etiology,diagnosis and treatment.In view of this,the Vascular Surgery Group of Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association organized some domestic experts in the field of vascular surgery to discuss and formulate this consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of DTAA,referring to the latest clinical research,especially the research results based on Chinese cases,combined with clinical practice,aiming to provide principled guidance and basis for the diagnosis and treatment of DTAA,and assist clinicians in decision-making.
