摘　　要：周围动脉腔内治疗技术近年来取得了较大进展。药物涂层球囊(DCB)的出现,给外周动脉尤其是膝下动脉的治疗带来了新的思路。近年来,随着国内外膝下DCB临床研究的开展,发现其在临床有效性及安全性方面存在广泛争议,亟需通过更多规范化的大规模临床试验进行探究。本文对目前DCB治疗膝下动脉闭塞性疾病的研究现状和进展进行综述。In recent years,significant advances have been made in the endovascular treatment of peripheral artery disease.The application of drug-coated balloons(DCBs)has revolutionized the treatment of peripheral artery disease,especially in the infrapopliteal arteries.However,with the development of a large number of relevant clinical studies at home and abroad,it has been found that the clinical effectiveness and safety of DCBs in infrapopliteal arteries are widely controversial,and more standardized large-scale clinical trials are needed to explore.This article provides an overview of the current research status and progress in using DCBs for infrapopliteal artery occlusivedisease.
