摘 要:碳点在增强材料力学性能方面有着广泛的应用前景,以碳点为增强相有望提高有机纤维的力学性能。以碱木质素为原料,通过一步水热法制备出羧基化木质素碳点(L-CA-CDs),将其与聚(2,5-二羟基-1,4-苯撑吡啶并二咪唑)(PIPD)预聚物共聚以提高PIPD纤维的力学性能。制备出0.1%(wt)、0.5%(wt)、1%(wt)、2%(wt)4种不同L-CA-CDs含量的L-CA-CDs/PIPD聚合物,利用干喷湿纺法制备出L-CA-CDs/PIPD纤维,对纤维的性能进行了综合分析。经透射电镜发现,柠檬酸加入量为每克碱木质素1g柠檬酸时碳点的粒径最均匀,碳点平均粒径为3.7 nm。碳点的引入使纤维结构更为完善,带来的效果体现在了纤维力学性能的提升上,对比纯PIPD纤维拉伸强度,L-CA-CDs/PIPD[0.1%(wt)]纤维拉伸强度提升了5.7%,L-CA-CDs/PIPD[1%(wt)]纤维拉伸强度提升了8.5%,L-CA-CDs/PIPD[0.5%(wt)]纤维拉伸强度提升了11%。Carbon dots have a wide application prospect in enhancing the mechanical properties of materials,and it is expected to improve the mechanical properties of organic fibers by using carbon dots as a reinforcement phase.The carboxylated lignin carbon dots(L-CA-CDs)are prepared from alkali lignin by one-step hydrothermal method.The carbon dots are copolymerized with poly(2,5-dihydroxy-1,4-phenylpyridinium diimidazole)(PIPD)prepolymers to improve the mechanical properties of PIPD fibers.Four kinds of L-CA-CDs/PIPD polymers with different contents of 1%(wt),0.5%(wt),1%(wt)and 2%(wt)are prepared.The L-CA-CDs/PIPD fibers are prepared by dry spray wet spinning method.The properties of fibers are analyzed comprehensively.The transmission electron microscopy(TEM)shows that the particle size of carbon dot is the most uniform when the amount of citric acid is 1 g citric acid per gram of alkali lignin,and the average particle size of carbon dot is 3.7 nm.The introduction of carbon dot makes the fiber structure more perfect,and the effect is reflected in the improvement of the mechanical properties of fiber.Compared with the tensile strength of pure PIPD fiber,the tensile strength of L-CA-CDs/PIPD[0.1%(wt)]fiber increases by 5.7%,and the tensile strength of L-CA-CDs/PIPD[1%(wt)]fiber increases by 8.5%,and the tensile strength of L-CA-CDs/PIPD[0.5%(wt)]fiber improves by 11%.
