摘 要:油田管内的底部由于输送的油水混合物中有CO_(2)、Cl^(-)等会造成腐蚀的物质而受到严重的损害。为了解管道腐蚀原理和规律,制定出有效的防护方法,通过分析TSL管道腐蚀的原因和过程,研究TSL管道在不同条件下的腐蚀特点,提出了针对性的防护建议。实验结果显示:TSL管道主要是由于CO_(2)溶解在管道底部的沉积水中从而对管道内壁产生腐蚀作用,同时Cl^(-)也加剧了腐蚀;当温度从10℃升高到50℃时,TSL管道的腐蚀速率也随之增加;当CO_(2)分压增大时,TSL管道的腐蚀速率也会加快;当流速低于0.8 m·s^(-)1时,随着流速变快,TSL管道的腐蚀速率也会变大;当Cl^(-)浓度降低时,管道的均匀腐蚀速率也会减小。根据TSL管道的这些特点,在研究基础上建议在首站注入阴极型缓蚀剂进行防护,并且加强对前25 km段的监测评估,并且做好防护管理工作,保证TSL管道安全稳定运行。这样做可以为预测和保障TSL原油集输管道运行提供理论和技术支持。The bottom of the oilfield pipe is seriously damaged due to CO_(2),Cl^(-)and other substances that can cause corrosion in the transported oil-water mixture.In order to understand the principles and rules of pipeline corrosion and formulate effective protection methods,the causes and processes of TSL pipeline corrosion are analyzed and the corrosion characteristics of TSL pipelines under different conditions are studied,and some targeted protection suggestions are proposed.The experimental results show that the corrosion of the inner wall of TSL pipeline is mainly caused by the dissolving of CO_(2) in the sediment water at the bottom of the pipeline,and the Cl^(-)also intensifies the corrosion;when the temperature rises from 10℃ to 50℃,the corrosion rate of the TSL pipeline also increases;when the CO_(2) partial pressure increases,the corrosion rate of the TSL pipeline will also increase;when the flow rate is lower than 0.8 m·s^(-)1,as the flow rate becomes higher,the corrosion rate of the TSL pipeline will also increase;When the Cl^(-)concentration decreases,the uniform corrosion rate of the pipeline will also decrease.According to these characteristics of the TSL pipeline,on the basis of the research,it is recommended to inject a cathodic corrosion inhibitor for protection at the first station,and strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the first 25 km section,and do a good job in protection management to ensure the safe and stable operation of the TSL pipeline.Doing it like this can provide theoretical and technical support for predicting and ensuring the operation of the TSL crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline.
