摘 要:为提高碳基臭氧催化剂性能,以粉末活性炭作为载体,采用浸渍法负载过渡金属制备碳基臭氧催化剂,考察了不同的负载活性组分种类、胶粘剂用量和煅烧温度等条件下制备的碳基臭氧催化剂的性能。以二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯模拟废水为研究对象,通过COD降解效果、催化剂的磨损率与活性金属溶出量等指标评估制备的催化剂的性能。结果表明:以含质量分数均为1%的Fe和Mn的金属盐为活性组分,质量分数为75%的煤焦油为胶粘剂,在煅烧温度为600℃、煅烧时间为2 h的条件下制备的催化剂性能最佳。该催化剂处理二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯模拟废水的COD去除率可达91%;在连续反应32 h后COD去除率仍然维持在80%以上;其磨损率为0.04‰,Fe、Mn溶出量分别为0.004 6 mg/L、0.004 2 mg/L,可应用于高浓度有机废水处理工程。The carbon-based ozonation catalyst is prepared by impregnation method with powdered activated carbon loaded the transition metal in order to improve the performance of it.The performance of carbon-based ozonation catalyst prepared under different conditions such as the type of active components carrier,the amount of adhesive and the calcination temperature is investigated.The performance of catalyst is evaluated through these indicators including the effect of COD degradation,the wear rate of catalyst and the dissolution amount of active metal with the bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate ester simulated wastewater as the research object.The results show that the best carbon-based ozonation catalyst with the active component of metal salt containing 1%Fe and Mn and with the binder containing 75%coal tar is prepared at a calcination temperature of 600℃and in a calcination time of 2 h.The COD removal rate of bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate ester simulated wastewater treated by this catalyst can reach 91%,while the COD removal rate remains above 80%after 32 h continuous reaction.The wear rate is 0.04‰and the dissolution amount of Fe and Mn are 0.0046 mg/L and 0.0042 mg/L respectively.In brief,the carbon-based ozone catalyst can be applied to high concentration organic wastewater treatment engineering.
