摘 要:将抗氧化剂N-(4-苯胺基苯基)马来酰亚胺(MC)接枝到交联聚乙烯大分子链上,研究了接枝交联聚乙烯在不同温度下的空间电荷特性和直流击穿强度。红外光谱结果表明,马来酰亚胺基团中的C=C在反应过程中被消耗,抗氧化剂MC分子通过自由基加成反应接枝到交联聚乙烯(XLPE)的大分子链上;凝胶含量和热伸长率测定结果表明,抗氧化剂MC的接枝改性能略微提高交联聚乙烯的凝胶含量,降低热伸长率,说明交联程度略有提高;绝缘性能测定结果表明,抗氧化剂MC接枝改性能有效抑制空间电荷积累和电场畸变,提高直流击穿强度,尤其是高温击穿强度。抗氧化剂MC的极性基团锚定在XLPE大分子链上,引入了不可移动的致密深阱,可以捕获和散射载流子,从而降低电荷密度,限制电荷迁移。The antioxidant N-(4-aniline phenyl)maleimide(MC)is grafted onto the macromolecular chain of crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE).The space charge characteristics and DC breakdown strength of grafted crosslinked polyethylene at different temperatures are studied.The infrared spectrum results show that C=C in the maleimide group is consumed during the reaction,and the antioxidant MC molecule is grafted onto the macromolecular chain of XLPE by free radical addition reaction.The results of gel content and thermal elongation tests show that the grafting modification of antioxidant MC slightly increases the gel content of crosslinked polyethylene and reduces the thermal elongation,indicating that the degree of crosslinking is slightly improved.The results of electrical performance test show that the antioxidant MC grafting can effectively inhibit the accumulation of space charge and the distortion of electric field,and improve the DC breakdown strength,especially the high temperature breakdown strength.The polar group of antioxidant MC is anchored to the XLPE macromolecular chain,introducing a dense,non-mobile deep trap,which can trap and scatter the charge carriers,thereby reducing the charge density and limiting the charge migration.
