摘 要:通过沉积法置换反应,利用硫酸亚铁和铝粉等原材料合成铁铝双金属材料,测试铁铝双金属材料的多项性能。观察不同铁铝质量比下铁铝双金属材料微观形貌,分析该材料对六价铬和三价砷等有害物质的去除能力,通过测试获取去除污染物的最佳铁铝双金属材料用量,通过仪器设备测试铁铝双金属材料界面的剪切强度与硬度。经过测试发现,当铁铝质量比为0.9∶1时,铁铝双金属材料结构最佳,污染物去除效果最好。铁铝双金属材料经过750℃干燥处理后,界面剪切强度与硬度最优,力学性能更为优异。Iron aluminum bimetallic materials are synthesized by deposition single displacement reaction with ferrous sulfate,aluminum powder and other raw materials,and multiple properties of iron aluminum bimetallic materials are tested.The micromorphology of iron aluminum bimetallic materials with different iron aluminum mass ratios is observed,the materials’ability of removing the hexavalent chromium,trivalent arsenic and other harmful substances is analyzed,the best amount of iron aluminum bimetallic materials for removing pollutants is obtained through the test,and the interfacial shear strength and hardness of iron aluminum bimetallic materials is determined through instruments and equipment.After testing,it is found that when the iron aluminum mass ratio is 0.9∶1,the iron aluminum bimetallic material has the best structure and the best pollutant removal effect.After drying at 750℃,the interface shear strength and hardness of iron aluminum bimetallic materials are the best,and their mechanical properties are more excellent.
