柱前衍生联用技术在药物测定分析中的应用研究

摘  要:为保证食品安全,对食品中残留的药物进行有效测定是十分必要的。在此背景下,进行柱前衍生联用技术在药物测定分析中的应用研究。该研究选取了西红柿、苹果以及茶叶三种食品作为测定对象,通过前处理得出样品的上清液。在每种样品上清液中加入化学衍生试剂(4-氯-7-硝基苯并-2-氧杂-1,3-二唑)实现柱前衍生,得到衍生物,然后通过加入浓盐酸和甲醇激发衍生产物的荧光强度以便色谱柱分离。将衍生产物进行高效液相色谱分析,绘制色谱图,得出药物类型,测定药物含量。结果表明:西红柿样品残留了5种药物类型,其中二嗪磷药物含量超出了国家标准范围;苹果样品残留了7种药物类型,其中倍硫磷含量超出了国家标准范围;茶叶残留了5种药物类型,其含量均在国家规定的标准范围内。To ensure food safety,it is necessary to effectively determine the residual drugs in food.In this context,the application research of precolumn derivatization combined technology in drug determination and analysis is carried out.The tomatoes,apples,and tea are selected as the test subjects,and the supernatant of samples is obtained through pre-treatment.A chemical derivative reagent(4-chloro-7-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-dizole)is added to the supernatant of each sample to achieve precolumn derivatization,and the derivative is obtained,and then the fluorescence intensity of derivative is excited by adding concentrated hydrochloric acid and methanol for the chromatographic column separation.The derivatives are analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography,and the chromatograms is drawn,the drug types and content are determined.The results show that there are five types of drugs left in the tomato samples,and the content of diazinon exceeds the national standard;There are 7 drug types left in apple samples,among which the content of fenthion exceeds the national standard;There are 5 types of drug residues in tea,all of which are within the standard range specified by the state.
