摘  要:钢桥具有跨越能力大、自重轻、结构简单、架设便利等优势,是现今与未来桥梁建设的主要类型。随着钢桥应用时间的推移,桥面会出现推移、车辙、剥落、滑移、开裂等损害,因此对桥面铺设材料提出了极高的要求,开展了新型环氧粘结材料在钢桥面加固中的应用研究。选取原材料——水性环氧树脂、乳化沥青与水泥,确定原材料最佳配比,制定新型环氧粘结材料制备工艺流程,执行制定流程即可完成新型环氧粘结材料的制备,并应用DSC热分析法分析新型环氧粘结材料的热力学性能。以制备的新型环氧粘结材料为基础,设计钢桥面加固铺装材料,即新型环氧粘结材料混凝土,按照铺装施工工艺流程铺装钢桥面。通过测试结果可知:新型环氧粘结材料应用后,钢桥面抗剪强度最大值为4.52 MPa,抗拔强度最大值为2.01 MPa,附着力拉拔强度最大值为9.02 MPa,充分证实了新型环氧粘结材料具有显著的桥面加固作用。Steel bridges have the advantages of large crossing capacity,light weight,simple structure,and convenient installation,they are the main type of bridge construction today and in the future.With the passage of time in the application of steel bridges,there have been diseases such as displacement,rutting,peeling,sliding,and cracking on the bridge deck,which have put forward extremely high requirements for the laying materials of the bridge deck.The application research on new epoxy bonding materials in the reinforcement of steel bridge decks is proposed.The raw materials-water-based epoxy resin,emulsified asphalt and cement are selected,and their optimal ratio is confirmed,a new epoxy bonding material preparation process is developed,and the preparation of new epoxy bonding material can be complete by executing the formulation process,and DSC thermal analysis is applied to analyze the thermodynamic performance of new epoxy bonding material.Based on the prepared new epoxy bonding material,the steel bridge deck reinforcement paving material,namely the new epoxy bonding material concrete is designed.The steel bridge deck is paved according to the paving construction process.The test results show that after the application of new epoxy bonding material,the maximum shear strength of steel bridge deck is 4.52 MPa,the maximum pullout strength is 2.01 MPa,and the maximum pullout strength of adhesion is 9.02 MPa,fully confirming that the new epoxy bonding material has a significant reinforcement effect on the bridge deck.
