摘　　要：文化和旅游产业融合发展具有实践和理论上的逻辑必然性。与生俱来的本质属性让文化和旅游具有了融合发展的内在必然性,而新时代高质量发展要求则呼唤着两者的融合发展。就贵州而言,文化和旅游产业融合发展具备了资源基础、产业基础和政策基础。贵州文化和旅游产业需要加快实现在管理、场所、产品业态等方面的融合,形成文化和旅游产业融合发展的新格局,推动文化和旅游产业统筹协调,注重文化和旅游产业专业人才培育,构建政府与市场共同发力的新局面。The integrated development of culture and tourism industry has practical and theoretical logical inevitability.The inherent nature of culture and tourism endows them with the inherent inevitability of integrated development,while the requirements for high-quality development in the new era exchange the integration and development of the two.As far as Guizhou is concerned,the integrated development of cultural and tourism industries has a resource foundation,industrial foundation,and policy foundation.The cultural and tourism industries in Guizhou need to accelerate the integration of management,venues,product formats,and other aspects,forming a new pattern of integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries,promoting overall coordination of the cultural and tourism industries,emphasizing the cultivation of professional talents in the cultural and tourism industries,and building a new situation where the government and the market work together.
