摘 要:研究姜黄素在电化学处理玻碳电极上的电化学行为,建立简便、快速检测中药材姜黄中姜黄素的新的电化学分析法.在pH=3.0的0.10 mol/L PBS电解液中,用循环伏安法、计时电量法系统地研究了姜黄素在电化学处理玻碳电极上的电化学性能,并计算其电化学反应参数.在选定的条件下,姜黄素的浓度在1.0×10^(-8)mol/L~3.5×10^(-5)mol/L范围与电化学处理玻碳电极的电流强度呈良好伏安响应,线性相关系数为0.9971,检测限为1.0×10^(-8)mol/L.将方法用于市售中药材姜黄中姜黄素含量的测定,加标后平均回收率在97.4%~106.7%之间.In this paper,the electrochemical behavior of curcumin on the electrochemical treated glassy carbon electrode(EPGCE)was studied,and a simple and rapid electrochemical method for the determination of Curcumin in Curcuma was established.The electrode reaction of curcumin at the EPGCE was studied and some kinetic parameters were calculated by using cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry in 0.10 mol/L PBS electrolytic solution of pH=3.0.Under the selected experimental conditions,the peak current increased linearly with the concentration of curcumin in the range of 1.0×10^(-8) mol/L~3.5×10^(-5) mol/L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9971,the detection limit was 1.0×10^(-8) mol/L.The method was applied to the determination of curcumin in Curcuma Longa.The average recovery was between 97.4%and 106.7%.
