摘 要:研究编织线材料、生产工艺参数和使用环境对液压制动软管膨胀量的影响。结果表明:编织线材料采用维纶线时,液压制动软管的膨胀量较小,低膨胀性能更加优异;编织张力和编织外径对液压制动软管的膨胀量有一定的影响;随着工作环境温度的升高和使用时间的延长,液压制动软管的膨胀量变大。通过编织线的拉伸应力-应变试验结果解释了编织线材料和环境温度对液压制动软管膨胀量影响的原理。The effects of braided yarn materials,manufacturing process parameters and usage environment on the expansion of hydraulic brake hose were studied.The results showed that when the braided yarn was vinylon yarn,the expansion of the hydraulic brake hose was lower and the low-expansion property was better.The weaving tension and outer diameter had certain effects on the expansion of the hydraulic brake hose.With the increase of ambient temperature and the prolongation of service time,the expansion of the hydraulic brake hose increased.Through the tensile stress-strain test of braided yarn,the principles of the effects of braid yarn material and ambient temperature on the expansion of hydraulic brake hose were explained.
