摘　　要：新修订的国家标准GB/T 13651—2023《航空翻新轮胎》已于2023年11月发布,将于2024年6月正式实施。该标准作为我国目前唯一一部针对航空翻新轮胎制定的产品标准,在行业内具有举足轻重的地位。本文主要针对GB/T 13651—2023的修订背景、主要技术内容变化和应该注意的方面进行解读,以帮助研发人员、试验人员和质量检验人员更准确地把握新版标准,了解试验要求,提高产品设计水平。The newly revised national standard GB/T 13651—2023“retreaded aircraft tires”has been released in November 2023 and will take effect in June 2024.As the only effective product standard in China for retreaded aircraft tires,this national standard plays a decisive role in the industry.In this paper,the revision background,main technical content changes,and aspects that should be noted about GB/T 13651—2023 were interpreted,in order to help R&D personnel,testers,and quality inspectors to grasp this standard more accurately,understand the test requirements and improve the level of product design.
