摘  要:随着生猪产业的快速发展,中国的猪肉年产量已经连续多年突破500亿千克,几乎占据世界猪肉年产量的一半。然而目前国内的一些养猪场,由于受到资金和技术等方面的限制,仍然采用人工或半人工的方式喂养,效率比较低下,急需一种流体猪食智能加工系统将人力解放出来。基于此,采用PLC和MCGS技术设计了一套流体猪食智能加工系统。该系统由控制单元、机械单元、执行单元、传感器数据采集单元构成。系统创新之处在于采用工业计算机PLC和MCGS技术,实现了自动进水、进料、加热和搅拌、自动排食,最后对设备进行自动清洗。该系统可较好地实现流体猪食的自动加工,降低养猪企业的养殖成本,提升生猪规模化养殖自动化水平。With the rapid development of the pig industry,China’s annual pork production has exceeded 50 billion kilo-grams for several consecutive years,accounting for almost half of the world’s annual pork production.However,currently some pig farms in China still use manual or semi manual feeding methods due to financial and technological limitations,re-sulting in relatively low efficiency.There is an urgent need for a fluid pig food intelligent processing system to free up man-power.Based on this background,it is particularly important to design a fluid pig food intelligent processing system using PLC and MCGS technology.The system consists of a control unit,a mechanical unit,an execution unit,and a sensor data acquisition unit.The innovation of the system lies in the use of industrial computer PLC and MCGS technology,which real-izes automatic water inlet,feeding,heating and stirring,automatic food discharge,and finally automatic cleaning of the equipment.Through the design and installation testing of this system,it is possible to achieve automatic processing of fluid pig food,reduce the breeding costs of pig farming enterprises,and improve the automation level of large-scale pig farming.
