摘 要:磁控型可控并联电抗器是一种新型的动态无功补偿设备,因其无功容量连续可调且控制方式简单可靠,在高压交流输电领域的应用发展迅速,已经在国内外220kV、400kV、500kV和750kV多个电压等级的交流电网上取得了工程应用。本文作者对其典型结构和工作原理进行分析,对其电磁暂态建模,重点针对其控制绕组故障过电压及其产生的危害进行了研究并开展了仿真测试;提出了控制绕组第一级旁通对过电压保护回路和第二级氧化锌压敏电阻过电压保护回路设计方案,并通过仿真试验进行了验证。试验结果表明,本文作者提出的过电压保护方法能够有效保护磁控型可控并联电抗器控制绕组侧励磁设备的运行安全。Magnetically Controlled Shunt Reactor is a new type of dynamic reactive power compensation equipment,due to its continuously adjustable reactive power capacity and simple and reliable control method,its application in the field of high-voltage AC transmission has developed rapidly and has been applied in engineering on 220kV、400kV、500kV and 750kV AC power grids at home and abroad.This article analyzes the typical structure and working principle of it,conducts electromagnetic transient modeling of it,and focuses on the research and simulation testing of its control winding fault overvoltage,proposes the design schemes for the overvoltage protection circuit of the first stage bypass control winding and the overvoltage protection circuit of the second stage ZnO oxide varistor,and verified through simulation experiments.The experimental results indicate that the overvoltage protection method proposed in this article can effectively protect the operation safety of its control winding excitation equipment.
