立体卷变压器低压箔绕出线结构对负载损耗的影响分析

摘  要:变压器是电力系统的重要组成部分,负载损耗是变压器的重要技术指标。针对小容量非晶合金立体卷变压器负载损耗计算误差较大的问题,本文作者以400kVA非晶合金立体卷变压器为例,研究了低压引线对负载损耗的影响,计算了负载损耗的各组成成分,将计算值与试验值进行了对比分析,总负载损耗误差约为2.1%。研究发现低压侧引线结构对负载损耗的影响较大,低压侧箔式绕组与引线连接时造成箔式绕组电流分布不均,从而引起的绕组上的附加损耗可达绕组直流电阻损耗的2.6%;仿真模型中是否含低压引线,计算出的结构件损耗仿真值误差达基本铜耗的2.3%,通过仿真计算结构件涡流损耗时,应采用含低压引线的仿真模型。Transformers are an important component of the power system,and load loss is an important technical indicator of transformers.In response to the problem of significant load loss calculation errors in small capacity amorphous alloy3D wound core transformers,taking a 400kVA capacity amorphous alloy 3D wound core transformer as an example,the influence of low-voltage lead wire on load loss was studied.The various components of load loss were calculated,the calculated values were compared with experimental values and the total load loss error was about 2.1%.Research has shown that the low-voltage lead wire structure has a significant impact on load losses.When the low-voltage foil winding is connected to the lead wire,it causes uneven current distribution in the foil winding,resulting in additional losses on the winding that can reach 2.6%of the DC resistance loss of the winding;Whether the simulation model includes low-voltage lead wire or not,the error of the calculated structural component loss simulation value reaches 2.3%of the basic copper loss.When calculating the structural component loss through simulation,a simulation model with low-voltage lead wire should be used.
