摘  要:习近平总书记在给人民警察队伍授旗时所致训词再次重申“对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明”总要求。在公安工作面临复杂情况形势下,如何提高新警的职业认同感是当前公安队伍建设培养造就新时代公安事业接班人的重要问题。以训词精神为指导,分析新警职业认同感培育现状,提出增强新警职业认同感的路径:加强新警的思想政治教育,增强政治认同;厚植新警角色实践的人民立场,增强宗旨认同;强化职业道德和业务能力建设,增强价值认同;加强人民警察队伍建设,增强纪律认同。In his precepts when conferring the flag to the people’s police,General Secretary Xi Jinping reiterated the general requirements of the public security work,namely“loyalty to the Party,service to the people,fairness in law enforcement,and strict discipline”.In the increasingly complex situation of the public security work,how to improve the professional identity of the new officers is an important issue for the construction of the public security team to train the successors of the public security cause in the new era.Guided by the spirit of the people’s police important precepts,this paper analyzes the present situation of cultivating the new officers’professional identity and proposes pathways to enhance their sense of professional identity:strengthening ideological and political education to enhance their political identification,reinforcing a people-oriented stance in the practical roles of new officers to raise their commitment to the fundamental purpose,intensifying the development of professional ethics and job competencies to strengthen value identification,bolstering the construction and management of the people’s police force to foster increased adherence to discipline.
