摘　　要：研究生作为我国最高学历人才,其思想政治教育效果直接影响着当代社会文明和个人的进步与发展,导师作为研究生思政教育的第一责任人,在全面推进高校全员育人体系建设及研究生思想政治素质培育方面发挥着至关重要的作用。当代研究生思想政治教育工作需不断提升导师教育的影响力,充分发挥研究生导师的思政教育功能。Postgraduates are the highest academic degree talents in China,so their ideological and political education directly affects the contemporary social civilization and the progress and development of individuals.As the major party responsible for the ideological and political education of postgraduates,their supervisors play a crucial role in comprehensively promoting the construction of the whole-person education system in colleges and universities and the cultivation of postgraduates'ideological and political quality.Therefore,contemporary ideological and political education of postgraduates needs to continuously improve the influence of supervisors'education and give full play to the function of their ideological and political education.
