摘 要:为了能够挑选出最优的油底壳螺栓紧固顺序。本文以某柴油机为研究对象,设定4种油底壳螺栓紧固顺序方案,运用Abaqus进行螺栓紧固次序分析,得到各紧固螺栓的残余预紧力、油底壳安装面变形、油底壳自身应力、油底壳密封垫变形。综合计算结果,发现先拧紧四角,再拧紧中间,然后按照顺时针顺序紧固的方案最佳。计算分析过程可以为油底壳装配后密封稳定性提供设计依据。In order to select the optimal tightening sequence for the oil pan bolts.This article takes a certain diesel engine as the research object,sets four tightening sequence schemes for oil pan bolts,and uses Abaqus to analyze the bolt tightening sequence.The residual pre tightening force of each fastening bolt,deformation of the oil pan installation surface,stress of the oil pan itself,and deformation of the oil pan sealing gasket are obtained.Based on the comprehensive calculation results,it was found that the best solution is to tighten the four corners first,then tighten the middle,and then tighten in a clockwise sequence.The calculation and analysis process can provide a design basis for the sealing stability of the oil pan after assembly.
